Refund Policy

We accept returns/exchanges on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. If a return or exchange is granted, returnee will pay for shipping expenses and once the item is received in new condition, the refund or exchange will be provided.

We only provide return/exchange services for the purchaser of the product - if you received a DNO Design item as a gift you will not be eligible for return/exchange services.

Non-Refundable Items

- All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

- All Custom Items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

- All items purchased with a coupon and/or a discount code are a final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so that we may issue either a store credit or send you a replacement. A photograph as proof of the damaged/defect is required and must be reported within 48 hours of order delivery. We reserve the right to determine whether or not a defect exists based on the photograph you send in. 

Company Rights

If we feel a customer is abusing any part of our store policy, we reserve the right to no longer sell to that customer. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the Carrier / File a claim.

Wrong Address

We are not responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address, as we can only send the package to the location you enter at check out. Please double check the address you enter to ensure you receive your package.
